What we collect:
- Order details you give us: name, email, shipping/billing address, phone (optional), and what you bought.
- Payment info is processed securely by our payment providers — we never see or store your full card details.
- Basic site/analytics data (pages viewed, device, cookies) to run and improve the store.
How we use it: to process and ship orders, provide support, send order updates, prevent fraud, and — only if you opt in — send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from with one click.
Who we share it with: only the services needed to run the store (payment, shipping, email, analytics). We do NOT sell your personal information.
Your rights: request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted — email hello@lucenwell.com. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
