- Processing: orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery (Australia): 7–14 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery (International): 7–14 business days after dispatch, where available.
- Tracking: you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Delays & lost parcels: if your tracking hasn't moved in 7+ business days, or your parcel shows delivered but you don't have it, email hello@lucenwell.com and we'll chase it or resend it.
Wrong or damaged item: send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a replacement free — you don't send anything back.
